Cousins Are Coming To Dinner

It has been a while and tonight Auntie and Cousin are coming from the midwest to have dinner and spend some time with us. Daddy has made both meat and vegetarian spaghetti to satisfy all dietary restrictions AND he has made the little Sausage, Manchega cheese and Olive hor d'oeuvres. This cheese is sooo good. It is Queso Manchego and is a cheese made in the La Mancha region of Spain from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed.  Beautiful !!! Everyone had a great evening filled with good food, lots of laughing and many many stories including the 'Do you remember when ...' that Auntie told about Daddy as a young boy. Soo many secrets now known by all !!! 

    

Whatttttt Happened ???????

Oh Noooooo C has had an accident and look what the doctor did to make it better ... Coool but a little scary. C was playing with J in the living room and when two boys 6 years apart in age get to 'rough housing' beware !!!

Time To Get The Braces Tightened

J lost his retainer last summer in a river in Northern California, G lost hers at the beach ... luckily this time we are only getting a checkup and Daddy is waiting in the little room amazed at the DS's they have available just for this purpose! They never had these when I was a kid ....

Fencing Lessons

Ohhh Yes .. All kids now have fencing lessons and C has the moves! Touche!

Whole Food Treats !!!

It was a rainy Saturday and we had to take J to fencing ... we drove into town and after he was done, we all went over to Whole Foods to find something for lunch. While we were there we passed a wonderful display of goodies and had to include a few for our feast !!! Mmmmmmm they were delicious.
